Digital Marketing Manager

Role

Keep a creative team on schedule, on budget and on task while strategizing with clients on user experience, branding, website and growth marketing projects. This job is perfect for a generalist with strong ambitions to be in the center of growing digital agency.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Conceptualize, plan and execute websites, platform and app designs
  • Keep projects on time, and on budget
  • Support creative team on any project roadblocks
  • Maintain weekly project boards
  • Tools : T-sheets, Google Sheets, Google Docs

Account Management

  • Constantly keep clients and team up to date with projects
  • Identify and solve roadblocks and clients through problem-solving and consultation
  • Scheduling client check-ups
  • Monthly reporting on client results in marketing dashboard
  • Identify opportunities within accounts and generate new business that is beneficial to the team and our clients
  • Tools: Trello, Slack, Meetings

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude
  • Working knowledge of web technologies and design software
  • Strong knowledge of user interface design, user experience design and growth marketing
  • Passionate about being on the right side of change and thinking ahead of the curve
  • Great sense of humor and ability to tolerate a high level of puns and dad-jokes
  • Clear communication skills and scheduling across multiple projects

Not Required, but a Bonus

  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • You can write good
