A website designed with marketing in mind does half the job, but creating a website from scratch isn’t always feasible for our clients. With Screenfluence, we worked around this by improving their user experience and revamping the overall design. The result? A 50% decrease in bounce rate.

Increasing organic presence takes time and consistency. We started by reworking and highlighting existing case studies, creating 3 use case pages targeted for SEO, and running 3 social posts per week. To maximize user reviews, we ran some email campaigns to current and past users incentivizing them, which brought in a dozen new positive reviews and increased referral conversions.

CHAT BOTS BUILT FOR LEAD GENERATION
Alongside revamping the site, we built a chatbot that prompts users to start a conversation. It does the initial qualification automatically before re-routing to a sales person. This makes their job way easier, and collects their email in the meantime. Every time someone interacts, the team gets a Slack notification and the lead is added to their CRM.
These chatbots are personalized to specific landing pages, and have become one of Screenfluence’s most effective lead generation tools, constantly starting conversations and booking demos. They even pull lead attribution into their CRM, so we can clearly see where we’re making the most impact.

Digital signage is a highly competitive industry, so we came up with an outbound strategy that would work in harmony with the inbound one. The first step was going around Toronto and shooting photos of companies using Screenfluence. This set us up with authentic and consistent visual assets to be used on the website and in social campaigns.
We ran tests on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Capterra until we found a balance that brought in the right results. A dedicated lead generation landing page tripled conversion rates. We beat target monthly conversions by 53% and got the cost per action down 130% below the client’s target amount.
Paid users now make up 30% of Screenfluence’s monthly conversions, while remaining well below their budget.
